LAGOA KALE FEST 2009 ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Friends of LAGOA:

This autumn the Luso American Gallery of Antiquities, Inc. (LAGOA) will close the Portuguese feasting season with a traditional wine tasting and kale soup cook-off.

Our second annual Kale Fest will be held at Madeira Field in New Bedford on Sunday, October 11, 2009 from Noon to 4pm.

LAGOA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of Portuguese American culture history. The gallery promotes and exhibits a variety of works by established and emerging artists, craftsmen and scholars.

The Kale Fest features the soup of a several Portuguese restaurants from the Southcoast. Each restaurant displays its menu and serves its signature soup to several thousand people at our cook-off. Participants will be featured in promotional newspaper advertising and listed in the Program Book distributed at the festival.

Our Kale Fest promotes other local businesses by including their ads and logos in our program book. Full-page ads are available at a $100 rate. Half and quarter page ads run for $50 and $25 respectively.

Visit our web site for more information. We look forward to your participation in our Kale Fest.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,
